Expedited Delivery: UPS Standard Plus ($30)
For faster service, choose UPS Standard Plus. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, with full tracking and signature confirmation for added peace of mind. A nominal fee of $30 applies.

Priority Delivery: UPS Express Priority ($60)
When time is of the essence, UPS Express Priority guarantees delivery within 1–2 business days. This premium service includes signature confirmation and careful handling, with a service fee of $60.

Personalized and Engraved Items
Orders with standard engraving may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Monogrammed or hand-engraved items may require 3–4 business days.

Once your Neoshine order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to your email. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate email notifications for each one.

At Neoshine, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders.

What products are eligible for returns?  

Items must be in original, saleable condition with the original sales receipt, packaging, and diamond certificates.

• U.S. orders: Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• International orders: Eligible within 30 days (shipping fees may apply).
• Personalized, engraved, altered, or custom-made items are not eligible.
• Missing diamond certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange？

Neoshine offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. You may do so through the following steps:

• Log in to your Neoshine account and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
• Contact us at support@neoshine.com or via our website’s live chat to receive your return authorization number and a UPS return label.
• Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, documents, and diamond certificates. Please note that missing certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee.
• Ship your package using the provided UPS return label. You may drop it off at the nearest UPS location, or schedule an at-home pickup.

What will my refund look like?

We aim to make the refund process simple and transparent. Here’s what you can expect:

• Pre-designed items

If you return a pre-designed item, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

• Gift recipients

If you’re returning a gift, you’re eligible for an exchange or a non-refundable merchandise credit instead of a cash refund.

• Refund method and timing

All refunds are credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Depending on the payment type, it can take up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your item for the refund to appear in your account.

All Neoshine products come with exquisite gift packaging. We use a three-layer design to ensure both safety and presentation:

• Outer layer: Neoshine branded shipping packaging to protect your order during transit.
• Middle layer: Neoshine gift box, adding a touch of elegance to your gift.
• Inner layer: Inside the gift box, you’ll find the jewelry box, an envelope containing the IGI certificate, a Jewelry Care Card, a brand card, a blank note for your personal message, and additional items such as a ring size adjuster.
